  • Oversaw projects and ensured that the company was compliant with Part M Continued Airworthiness requirements for each relevant authority.
  • Key achievement - championed corrosion control protection to create significant savings in both parts and working hours for the Part 145 org. For example, the new ways of working tripled the inspection life of rotor blades from 300 to 900hrs.

  • Key achievement - set up and developed the Part M and Technical Services team and ways of working from the ground up, having joined the company in its initial stages. In 2007 I was promoted to the Supervisor role.
