I have useful NHS Accounts Payable skills gained as Financial Accounts Clerk (1988-9) processing invoices, matching to the Purchase orders and Goods Received Note for weekly cheque / BACS runs to schedule, and monthly stores reconciliations. I have Finance Analyst experience developing and processing large volume of Excel data via pivot tables within Essex County Council (2009) for Non-Finance staff. At Royal Mail (1990-8), I data processed Balance of Staff hour data into LoShape, and Management Information System (MIS) bespoke software to generate weekly and monthly reports and Variance Analysis into Excel format to Directors, Non-Finance and Finance staff as Management Accounts Clerk. Additional duties included budget monitoring, forecasts, Month End processes, and journals into the SUNRISE system. I have Credit Control skills gained at Deckers Europe / Care UK / DHL – chasing customers for payment via telephone, email and post – organising statements for clients looking to pay off Account debt, using Excel lookup tables and Pivot tables to analyse data. I studied Budget monitoring, Forecasting, Extended Trial Balance and Cash flow at AAT level. I was the Tenants Rep (2004-8) at Coverdale (where I used to live) – arranging DVD / music entertainment, and resolving tenant issues.
