  • September 2019 to June 2021, I moved to ATM Partner and Compliance. For the first 12 months I was principally working on the Partner side, supporting the Deputy Branch Manager in her role and being in charge of branch recruitment. This included hiring 30 new drivers for our new delivery service – this involved scheduling interviews, holding interviews and making decision on final hirings. Once hired in, I oversaw their probation periods ensuring they had monthly meetings with their new line manager, to ensure that we retained the recruits and gave them a positive experience. I successfully launched our new Personnel System, Workday in branch to all 170 partners on time and during the Covid pandemic.
