2. Pre-Flight Coordination

• Review and confirm crew availability and qualifications for each flight.
• Ensure all necessary permits, slots, and clearances are obtained in a timely manner.
• Verify that aircraft is ready, including maintenance status, fuel levels, and equipment requirements.
• Brief pilots on flight details, weather conditions, and any other relevant information.

3. In-Flight Monitoring and Support

• Track flights in real-time, monitoring for delays, diversions, or other disruptions.
• Provide support to crew and passengers as needed, coordinating with airport and ground support teams.
• Address any issues or changes that arise during flights, coordinating with relevant personnel.

4. Compliance and Safety
