Summary

I bring over 29 years of experience in construction, managing complex multi-disciplinary projects valued over £50m across various sectors including nuclear, water, power, roads, bridges, and rail works. Starting my career with projects focused on roads and bridges in Africa, I have consistently advanced, handling significant roles in rail and power projects.

COLLABORATIVE BEHAVIOURS:

I distinguished myself through exceptional leadership in handling complex projects, particularly within the nuclear sector, where emphasis on collaboration stands out. My role as Contracts Manager for the ILW Store Extension Project at Dounreay showcased my ability in building and maintaining a team-oriented environment. My management approach is deeply inclusive, actively seeking and integrating feedback from a wide range of stakeholders. This approach not only improves project results but also builds a foundation of trust and mutual respect among team members.

My ongoing work with the teams at GRAHAM and NWS at Drigg exemplifies my dedication to fostering a culture of

collaborative working, leveraging established relationships and common goals to drive project success.
