One of my key achievements has been the company-wide migration of data from file servers to the cloud, specifically OneDrive and SharePoint, as well as the development and implementation of robust data retention policies, aligning with industry standards (GDPR) and compliance requirements. Hosted educational training sessions on the importance of cloud based services in an organisation with the sessions structured to encourage active collaboration, thereby increasing staff engagement across board by 30%, including top management.
