• Delivered training on the new ICON system to new and existing staff across multiple Saint-Gobain brands (including Jewson), in groups and one-to-one. Converted around 10 sites around the UK to the new system.

• Supported go-live once training has been completed. This included supporting staff with ICON and addressing any problems during their first few days.
• Used diverse training methods, including simulations, role play, group exercises, discussions, videos and demonstrations.
• Built strong working relationships while travelling extensively across the UK.

• Managed high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls across multiple npower sites, resolving issues professionally in a fast-paced contact centre environment across Customer Services, Collections and Homemove departments.
• Delivered internal software training to classes of up to twelve new users over the course of two weeks, clearly communicating learning objectives.
• Trained new and existing staff on the SAP (Atlas) system, after being selected to be part of the Model Office that tested and prepared the system for rollout. This followed on to floorwalking support and becoming a subject matter expert.
