Summary

I have always prided myself on a strong work ethic and a tenacity to achieve high standards for myself. From attending college as a mature student, becoming a teacher and developing into senior management, I have achieved success and acquired many skills. My experiences have shaped me and I feel equipped to engage in new challenges that will further help me to grow.

I am able to support, guide and nurture others in their learning journey whilst holding them to account. I have always felt that in order to best support others, you must give them the skills to take ownership of their learning journey and so feel a sense of achievement and empowerment to elevate confidence and make them believe in their own capabilities.

I believe I have the skills, motivation and determination to assist learners in becoming the best version of themselves, contributing to their learning journey and achieving success.
