As School Office Manager at Woodfield Primary School my main duties were as follows:- Processing orders, managing invoices, and reconciling accounts against school budgets. Overseeing the Parentpay platform for school lunches, after school clubs and trips and events. Giving financial breakdowns to the SLT for all trips and activities ensuring that budgets were not being overspent. Preparing the schools census for Autumn, Spring and Summer terms.
