I have spent the last 9 years working for Jet2.com within the Ground Operations Department at Manchester Airport and have enjoyed every moment. I was fortunate enough to be promoted from a Ramp Team Leader to a Ground Operations Trainer.

I have taken every opportunity to develop my knowledge and skills and grow with the business.

I am motivated with the ability to work under pressure, using my initiative, thriving at meeting deadlines no matter what the time scale. I also enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills. I have 8 years’ experience in training, supporting and coaching new and recurrent within the department. I have been privileged to have supported at other bases including Newcastle and the opening of Bristol Airport.
