During his time here, Paul consistently demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and an exceptional work ethic, even supporting overtime requirements without any prompting.

He brought a high level of skill and creativity to his role, contributing significantly to day-to-day operations and consistently exceeding expectations, One of Paul's key strengths is his ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, solve complex problems, interpret data and also to relay experience onto new employees which proved invaluable once the team expanded. 

Paul was respected and well-liked by colleagues and clients, always approachable and collaborative, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. He showed initiative when implementing a new stock control system to an area that lacked trackability and demonstrated high reliability, often taking on new responsibilities to support myself and the business and always delivered high-quality results without needing close supervision.
