  • Level 2 Complaints for PBWM. My role is to investigate complex client issues, manage expectations and be their primary point of contact until the issue is resolved. I entered the role with minimal experience in investments and ended the year with great reviews from both the business and clients.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders during my investigations to provide customised solutions that address the client's specific issues. This has given me a wealth of knowledge across the PBWM area.
  • Worked with upper management to provide insight into how to improve our processes and helped make a major impact on our decision-making matrix.
