• Support real-time service regulation on active routes
• Coordinate directly with drivers to manage delays and disruptions
• Make operational decisions to maintain service reliability
• Respond to incidents and provide immediate solutions in live environments
• Liaise with control room and operational teams
• Operate TfL bus services in accordance with strict schedules and safety standards
