• Supported the build of a centre of excellence framework of 9 areas based on the 3 core principles of Clipper PLC
• Built and lead the training program for 90 managers, composing the training material and then running the training

Provided Business Process Design and Agile Project Management capability to the Accounts payable Process Mapping project, this reduced FTE and gave the department the means to bring in more business and employ new staff.

• Department Lead in a complete rebuild of our import control process
• The project has just won the Best Commercial Supply Chain collaboration project of the year award resulting in an invoicing matching improvement from 32.8% to 95%
• Managed the monthly KPI data, presented at the monthly board meeting
• Assisted in the daily running of the department
• First-line contact for suppliers and customers
• Trained Google to the team upon a group role out of google from Microsoft Office
• Assisted in the role out of CFSP warehousing which saved the business £2.4 million.
