• Was part of the start of this factory and built up to leading a team of 22 staff on 12 hour shifts, Was multi skilled and did the supervision, engineering, technical operator, QA, was a key holder and maintained and repaired the entire factory, from the compressor, forming rollers, drizzlers, kettles, mixers, enrobers, guillotine/slitters, conveyors, various packing machinery, melt tanks including cooling, heating, plumbing, electrical and mechanical, was responsible for the site on shift.

I had many roles in this company, packing, kitchen, weighing and sifting, I worked very well as part of a team and lone worker over the course of many years.
