Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Performed routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance across gas compression, power generation, chemical injection, ESD, PCS, PLCs, and F&G systems
• Regularly acted as Lead Instrument Technician on nightshift, supporting plant start-ups and troubleshooting
• Extensive experience with control valves and process loops (pressure, temperature, level, flow)
• Daily use of calibration equipment including HART communicators, loop calibrators, mA sources, and multimeters
• Participated in on-call rota, responding to breakdowns and supporting production under pressure
• Mentored apprentices and new personnel

• Major involvement in well intervention projects (sidetracks/drilling)
• Refurbishment of hydraulic control panels and workover panels
