- Carry out audits of internal Advisors work to identify any nonconformance’s and rectify where appropriate.
- Provide ongoing support to all Advisors and develop new members of staff.
- Liaising with the Sales team to ensure that the service being offered is achievable by the advisors.
- To carry out annual audits of clients’ premises and Health & Safety procedures and management systems.
- Compiling of formal policies and procedures for distribution to clients.
- Assistance with the preparation of Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments, Method Statements and any other Health & Safety Assessment required by the client or Company.
- To provide all clients with the most up to date and accurate advice on a range of health & Safety topics. All advice provided should also be in accordance with the current relevant legislation.
- Carrying out accident investigations when required.
- Reporting any accidents / incidents to the HSE Incident Control Centre as required under the RIDDOR Regulations.
- Provide the client with any additional information / assistance / documentation that is requested.
- Carry out individual site audits and produce a site audit report.
- Provide written reports to the Directors when requested in regard to the performance of the department.
- Liaise with the other Senior Health & Safety Advisors in the company to promote best practice at all times
