Paul Kay

I am a conscientious and hard-working supervisor, currently working full-time at Sandmaster UK Holdings Ltd. I have experience in many areas of the factory and warehouse setting, including leading a team and organising the workforce, as well as running the day-to-day schedule of the factory. I manage multiple tasks including machine maintenance, dispatching goods, stock and quality control, organising transport and I am also trained in hazardous goods. However, my main area of interest is IT, and I excel at tasks such as running print-lines to IT work, including networking. I am competent when working under pressure and I strive to attain the best outcome with any task I am given and enjoy learning new skills. A colleague and I were also given the task of starting a new product line with basic knowledge, so over the past 18 months, we have developed, tested, and produced a high-quality product. So currently I have a work force of 14 people and 4 production lines, which will eventually become 7 production lines. I am now keen to further my skills and knowledge in an IT environment. I am extremely keen to learn and feel confident that given the chance and opportunity I would excel within this field.
