  • Store was broken, received a call from the manageress who was openly at her whits end. My own store was in a good place so we swapped stores with immediate effect.
  • Area manager consulted who agreed
  • Rebuilt store within 2 months so we were ready for Christmas peak then traded successfully until summer.
  • Asked to take on Banbury store, which was equally challenged, by my divisional manager
