  • Worked closely with the Red Commerce Business Development Team to win and secure projects, participating in board level proposals and tenders (RFI, RFP, RFQ)

  • Encouraged quarterly get-togethers with key client stakeholders to ensure regular ‘Service Review’ appraisals of the work being done (both by Red Commerce’s contractors, but also myself and my team) and establish any areas for improvement
  • Partnered with client project managers to ensure the correct technical and cultural fit of the proposed consultants

  • Created and implemented different recruitment strategies depending on the location of the recruitment needs
