- Overall joint leadership of the organisation as Co-ED, accountable to the board.
- Co-developing organisational strategy, monitoring and evaluating our progress against this and against annual workstream objectives and learning from challenges. Also reporting to each of our funders.
- Overseen international expansion, including creating two new companies in Belgium and the US, and originating new international proejcts and programmes of work.
- Joint responsibility for meeting our £1m per year income target, which I have achieved year on year. I have held relationships with all our funders for many years, and developed several new ones.
- Relationship management with funders, as well as key partners and stakeholders, and peer leaders in the wider coalition of organisations working to transform our economy.
- Overall responsibility for financial, operational, IT and people management. I've designed and developed the organisations financial management processes, budgeting process, and have revised or created all of our operations and HR policies and procedures.
- Leadership and development of organisational culture, and it's implementation via our policies and processes.
- Responsible for governance development, including creating new working groups and committees, supporting our board and chair on new director appointment, and devising governance structures internationally between our offices. Also responsible for legal and risk management.
- Management of six senior staff at different times and in different roles, including several periods managing all of them as sole Executive Director.
- Communicating our work as an external spokesperson.

VOLUNTEER WORK
Carney's Community, Chair of trustees, and later trustee, London, 2014-01, Present, I chaired a board of trustees for a charity in Wandsworth until 2020, and have remained on the board of trustees since then. Carney's Community work with disadvantaged young people in Wandsworth, many of who have multiple complex needs including homelessness, criminal justice system involvement, abuse, mental ill-health or more. Many have also experienced systemic racism. It supports young people based on a Cycle of Change, through a combination of youth social work and close mentoring. It also offers boxing and other fitness training, and provides meals to many of the young participants. As chair I line managed the CEO and oversaw the financial health, fundraising, good management and effective governance of the charity, and the delivery of its charitable objects, as well as representing the charity externally to high level stakeholders and funders. As a continuing trustee I continue to support the CEO and new chair, and offer support to the charity on fundraising, finance, operations and people management
