  • Managed a team of 3 Talent Acquisition specialists, ensuring high levels of performance and support.
  • Led recruitment marketing initiatives, crafting and placing job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Ensured a seamless candidate journey from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding for both internal and external candidates.
  • Managed the Preferred Supplier List (PSL), serving as the primary point of contact for external recruitment agencies and negotiating terms of business.
