Led on site delivery of high end finish 200M2 ground floor reception, with multiple trade interfaces, which included:

• Raised floor with MEP services below
• Glass fronted passenger lift shaft with patina finishes,
• Sprayed plaster acoustic ceiling,
• High end joinery with patina finishes,
• Stone clad seating
• Stone floor finishes with acid etching
• Artistic features including feature screen with patina finishes
• Facade with patina finishes and sliding glass doors

Led team of construction managers on construction of 203 hotel rooms across 14 floors up to white box stage. This included

• Expediting two fully fitted out benchmark guestrooms to assist with Clients decision making process on number of challenging interfaces.
• Extensive drylining with 21 different room types
• Heavy MEP install
• Liquid screed pours on 2 week turnaround

Led on site delivery for construction of five storey 4,000m2 basement from construction to fit out, which included five screen cinema, pool, gym, spa and business suite. This included:

• Constructing five acoustic boxes to high acoustic standard.
• Pool, gym, spa and business suite were fully fitted out to high end finish.
• Remainder of basement areas consisted of MEP plant rooms, with some very challenging logistical movements involved during construction.
• Modular containment/pipework to all corridors
• Complex smoke/vent shaft system to generator room
• WI block system used
• Water cutting of concrete slabs
• Top down construction

• Marble finishes to all bathrooms
• Underfloor heating to bathrooms and external footpaths
• Re lining of drainage pipes
• High end joinery finishes
• Timber ceilings

Managed on site activities for construction of a 310,00 sq ft 12-storey commercial office development from structure to completion. This involved:

• Completing concrete structure,
• Drylining to core areas
• WC fit out to core areas
• Two storey basement plant room construction and fit out
• Full goods and passenger lift install

Managed the on site activities for the construction of one hundred new homes and a commercial/retail premises from piling stage to completion. This involved:

• Extensive piling works
• Construction of concrete structure for commercial/retail units
• Concrete foundations
• Block and beam flooring
• Block and brick structures
• Take off and order of roof trusses and all internal 1st & 2nd fix joinery

Managed the on site activities for the construction of a basement research laboratory and ground floor reception. This involved:

Managed on site activities for the construction of gym building and the replacement of the foul drainage systems which included the construction of new pumping stations. This involved:

• Employing specialist drain lining techniques to repair damaged pipework

Managed the on site activities for the remodelling of five grade II listed buildings from demolition to completion to provide new educational/lecture facilities. This involved:

• Extensive temporary works for retained facades
• Heavy demolition of internal walls
• Casting of new concrete slabs
• Full roof replacements
• Asbestos strip out
• Full fit out of new lecture theatre

• Extensive block work construction internally
• Drylining
