- Set and managed budgets for capital, expense and cost improvement activities and defined and developed project specifications
- Manage Facilities Budget in excess of £1 million
- Manage compliance on site (ie Legionella Risk Assessment, Asbestos, LOLER, Sprinkler Maintenance, Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV)
- Ensure all managed contract services are correctly specified and value for money
- Manage hard and soft facilities on site
- Contractor control of multiple external contractors on a daily basis
- Develop business cases for Capex work
- Manage multiple size projects simultaneously (£1 million plus)
- Work alongside procurement to ensure best value and due diligence
- Develop in house facilities team members through on-site and academic training
