Summary

Throughout all my working career, I've had a strong work ethic maintaining high levels of attention to detail, with customer service at the forefront.

i pride myself on my punctuality and attendance. I have a can do attitude, there are always solutions to any problems, which i succeeded in doing while i was officer in charge at both Crown and Magistrates courts in Carlisle, during which there were many high profile criminal cases which required high levels of planning and preparation to ensure that everything ran smoothly and safely for everyone involved, and also as Goods Inwards manager at Swann Morton, solving production and logistical issues, and keeping paperwork up to date.

On the patient transport side with the Ambulance i had to deal with a diverse range of people with their own unique requirements, which i carried out with care , compassion and respect.
