In this post I had to monitor the freezers.

Keep an up to date record of contents.

Check for and report any problems with the freezers.

Also had to make up fresh and frozen orders going out to hotels and resturants.

I worked all over Scotland building Drystane walls and building using mortar. I also built boardwalks and timber foot bridges and ran a treeplanting team, platng farm woodland schemes in the Lothians, Borders, Fife and Perthshire.

I worked for Councils, Forestry Commission, S.N H. and home owners.

I worked for two seasons, leading conservation projects all over the south of Scotland. These projects covered a wide range of tasks, performed by teams volunteers over 10 days.

My job as leader was to train the volunteers when required.

Maintain and ensure a high level of health and safety.

Make sure the volunteers were well fed, meeting all dietry requirements.

Liaise with the rangers/project officers we were contracted to.

Check and maintain project vehicle and tools.
