  • I started my employment at Innserve in September 2007 as a trainee installation technician. Once trained up to company standards my duties included:
  • Installing various draught beer dispense systems including, Free Flow, Heineken Smart Dispense, Heineken Cool Flow Technology, Carlsberg CQDS and Carlsberg Draughtmaster.
  • In 2012 I was selected to attend the London Olympic Games to cover standby cover at the O2 Arena ensuring any faults to the dispense systems had been attended to with minimal interruptions to the serving of draught beer.
  • From 2015-2018 I also carried out standby at Manchester United F.C during premier league and European matches ensuring all hospitality bars ran efficiently and solving and issues called into me.
  • While in my role of Installation Technician I was chosen to be part of Heineken Festivals and Events Team. Here my duties included:
  • Working in teams to set up metered and free flow dispense systems in fields and parks across the country including Hyde Parks British Summer Time, Kendal Calling, Neighbourhood Weekender Warrington, Fusion Liverpool and Victorious Portsmouth.
  • Working with different caterers to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Working off plans to determine location of dispense equipment within bar areas.
  • Staying away from home for up to two weeks at a time.

Charity Work

Proud trustee of the Oliver King Foundation helping to organize fund raising events to raise money for defibrillators which are placed all over the country to public spaces and families in need. The charity is in memory of young Oliver who sadly lost his life to SADS when he was 12 years old.
