Summary

I have worked for RATP Dev and it's predecessors for more than 30 years, from my beginnings as a bus conductor, through my experience as a Garage Support Assistant at Hounslow garage and now as an I-Bus controller working initially at Hounslow Heath garage and then moving to the I-Bus hub at Fulwell.

I now feel that that the time is right for me to move into a management role with more responsibility as demonstrated by my excellent work record to date.

I am reliable, resilient and often put in place solutions to problems before they occur.

Throughout my career within the company I have often worked under my own initiative but it is also important to recognise that I am part of a team with collective goals.

I have a reputation for the ability to keep calm and collected telephone and radio manners even in high stress situations.

I am always willing to assist colleagues when I may be in a position to offer such assistance.
