  • Improved machinery efficiency by performing regular inspections and maintenance.
  • Participated in troubleshooting sessions, resolved critical mechanical issues promptly.
  • Proactively respond to breakdowns on AHUs/pumps and boilers while keeping the customer and service team informed.
  • Isolate plant for shutdowns safely in accordance with University policy and keep the customer informed.
  • Work and provide good communication lines with other members of the service team and other trades to ensure Colleges and Schools receive a high customer satisfaction experience.
  • Create and compile reports to detail progress of ongoing projects
  • I have also worked within the Building Fabric section as a Building trade Operative where I worked closely with the various Fabric Trades from May 1986 to October 2005
  • I hold a Clean Driving License with previous experience of driving various modes of transport which include 7.5 Tonne lorries and box vans, mini buses, forklifts and MEWPs
  • Conducted training sessions for new recruits to foster skill development.
  • Monitored construction processes, resulted in early detection of potential problems or delays.
  • Conducted final inspections before handover; guaranteed high-quality finishes.
