I have previous managerial experience of working within a custodial environment at vehicle base and currently am a ADCOM i have also worked as a Detention Custody Officer in the marquess. I am fully aware and knowledgeable of all company policies, procedures and contractual standards and can ensure that service delivery would be maintained to a high standard regarding the day-to-day management of Detention Custody Officers. I have previously advised, mentored, coached and supported DCO’s to help achieve the Key Performance Indicators needed to provide flexible and safe operations. I also have the experience and knowledge required to manage the immigration and escorting operations to the level needed to meet Home Office requirements. I have the managerial skills needed to be the first line manager for a team of DCOs.
