• Ensure tenant compliance with the UK Woodland Assurance Scheme and collaborate with the ecology team on conservation grazing agreements.
• Protect Forestry Commission interests by addressing access, boundary, and encroachment issues.
• Assist with wayleaves, utility management, and property maintenance in partnership with the building surveyor.
• Provide professional advice on leases to forestry and recreational teams and liaise with external stakeholders.
• Support recreation team initiatives, including tenant performance, tenders, and new lease opportunities.
• Contribute to ambitious district-wide projects and RICS Red Book valuations.
• Work on estate acquisition proposals and initiatives to enhance financial and environmental sustainability.

• Perform vacuum bagging, breakout of cured parts, and laminating of composite parts.
