Responsibilities


  • Managing a bank of 20+ flexible benefits platform clients, maintaining a close relationship with key stakeholders up to HR Director level through email and monthly catch-up calls
  • Delivering successful annual benefit selection windows by proactively gathering requirements and scoping with the client and both internal + external benefits consultants, allowing our delivery team to appropriately allocate resource for the project in advance
  • Identifying upsell opportunities by learning about other product lines and building good relationships with colleagues in other areas of the business
  • Maintaining a ‘toolkit’ for all clients, tracking renewal/window dates, key client milestones and outstanding actions
  • Acting as an escalation point for our employee facing helpdesk and administration support helpdesk.
  • Holding bi-annual strategic business review sessions for all clients, focusing on their short and long term benefit strategy, aiding in upsell opportunities whilst building the client relationship.
