- Started on site after piling was complete to continue new build section of school which comprised of internal drainage installation, pile trimming, in-situ re bar pile cap and beam, shutter, holding down bolt installation, concrete, slab prep, tanking to under side of pile supported slab, and casting of 3 floors of concrete @ 1,500m3 approx of steelfibre concrete (which brought its own problems for pumping) which with a bit of tweaking between myself and designers went successfully through below freezing temps, to a high spec finish.
- Then completion to external foul and surface water drainage.

- Started on site to install temp accommodation for carillion site team.
- Installation of haul road access to site for deliveries which was part concrete and tarmac.
- Once complete and formation brought up to level we started setting out and excavating for pad foundations of numerous sizes form 1m2-4.5m2 and lift pit foundation.
- Reinforcement and concrete to levels, and holding down bolts installed.
- When these works were completed a 5m high x 250mmx 17 long reinforced concrete retaining wall was installed, using peri shuttering system.

- Then on to gas barrier tanking to underside of slab and drainage penetrations, and casting of reinforced concrete slabs, to a high spec finish.

- The site was on an old sand stone quarry so the building construction was over 4 stepped levels.
- 8 No reinforced concrete walls at 4m high x 200mm x 50 Im to allow this to work.
- All foundation, drainage, concrete slab, tanking, lift pits, ducting, service duct Installation, gas, water, electric trenching car parks roads footpaths, gabion, dry stone walling, pond installation, amphitheatre, block paving, kerbing and iron works.
- Organising tarmac and white lining contractors.

- Backfill and reinstate to original state ie, stone up, install acoe drainage and pin kerb and top soil and play furniture.
