Worked on a weekly radio travel programme entitled 'The Case for Packing' broadcast on BBC Radio Scotland. Carried out weekly research, compiled databases, made content for the travel programme and travelled to various locations at home and abroad making and presenting travel features/packages and produced several half-hour travel programmes for BBC Radio Scotland. Also worked along side BBC journalists in the Newsroom and was asked on a daily basis to record voicers for the 4 times daily news bulletins.

Have promoted locally three bluegrass bands - The Coal Porters, The Southern Tenant Folk Union and Blueflint - whilst on their Scottish tours, playing several times over past decade and whilst doing so raised money for two local causes close to my heart - The Katie McKerracher Trust and Harris Trust.
