I worked for the roofing company, Sukh Construction & Roofing in Wembley from June 2025 to August 2025, helping out on different job sites with a variety of hands-on tasks. I was responsible for moving and organising materials, making sure everything was in the right place and handled safely. I followed health and safety rules at all times and always used the required PPE. I also helped check the quality of work to make sure it met basic standards. The job was fast-paced, so I had to prioritise tasks, work well as part of a team, and take clear instructions from supervisors. I communicated regularly with other crew members and did my part to help make sure jobs were completed on time and properly.

I worked as a Retail Assistant and Porter at BV Food Junction, a takeaway restaurant in Heston, London from September 2023 to January 2024. My role involved operating the till and card machine, accurately handling cash and payments, and providing friendly, reliable customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment. I was responsible for keeping tables and the front service area clean and organised, while also supporting daily operations as a porter by moving supplies and assisting the kitchen team when needed. Through this role, I developed strong cash management skills, teamwork, and the ability to work hands-on under pressure while dealing with customer queries professionally and calmly.
