Dealing with problematic sites that have been vacant for many years and finding the correct buyers for them with the correct marketing strategies. Leading big acquisition projects (some of them funded by Homes England) under programmes such as SHAP and LAHF. Carrying valuation work for internal purposes to meet internal client needs. Day-to-day communication with key stakeholders and local councillors. Dealing with complex restrictive covenant cases and removing/varying accordingly for capital receipts. Currently dealing with 20+ cases with many of them being development appraisal work utilising Argus software

Member of the disposals and acquisitions team. Responsible for the minor disposals programme and ensuring that the yearly target is met in capital receipts. Responsible for some major disposals and dealing with restrictive covenant cases. Valuing various properties both commercial and residential. Very active in industrial land disposals in partnership with Business Durham. Some acquisition work relating to residential properties needed by internal departments. Carried out many development appraisals and valuations and completed around 40 disposals for my employer
