I started working for IPS (purely for financial reasons) through an agency. Was later hired permanently due to my work ethic, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Duties included:

1) Coaching dozens of new employees

2) Managing teams of up to 4 employees

3) Conducting detailed inventory stock checks

4) Ensuring correct stock was issued to the production facilities

5) Physical work such as transferring stock between departments

• Conducted testing of the design and implementation of multiple controls and participated in the relevant walkthroughs.

• Participated in meetings with multiple individuals ranging from entry-level underwriting assistants up to heads of divisions of multiple cities (e.g. Rotterdam, Cologne, Paris).

• Prepared multiple workpapers using MS Excel.
