I am accountable for the strategic and operational delivery of a £75m, 600+ worker Contingent Worker Programme in the UK and RoI for SSE Group, including the management of the Managed Service Provider and the associated contract.

Identified and implemented significant innovations to aid substantial improvements to the Hiring Manager process for recruitment and onboarding, resulting in overall improvement of Hiring Manager engagement and reduced system/communication errors
Identified and implemented innovations for SSE group on promoting and attending recruitment related events, allowing stakeholders to have access to a number of resources to assist in planning, attending and representing SSE and our culture affectively
Developed and managed the biggest growth recruitment campaign to date within Renewables Development & Construction, successfully supporting the business to onboard 189 new individuals across the UK and Ireland 2 months ahead of schedule
Increased gender diversity hires within Renewables from 22% to 41% in 2 years
Implemented the first Inclusion and Diversity reporting within the SSE Group Contingent Worker Programme
The strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of recruitment campaigns for the first Continuous Improvement Hubs within the UK and Ireland
Saving SSE an average of £900,000 per annum on agency costs year on year through direct hiring
Participating in an ITACOM event and sharing learnings with the business, educating and building awareness on Neurodiversity in the attraction of candidates, recruitment onboarding processes and within the workplace
