
I am a motivated and reliable young professional with experience in customer service, working with children, and voluntary coaching. At Funtimez, i provided excellent customer service in a busy family environment. My responsibilities included supervising children's play activities such as Mascot dancing and party hosting, ensuring health and safety standards were maintained, assisting customers with enquiries, using the coffee machines, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and cleaning work areas and equipment in the play area to maintain faultless hygiene standards. I also used skills such as teamwork to support the team by demonstrating respect and willingness to help. This role has helped me develop strong communication, teamwork, time management and problem-solving whilst working effectively under pressure.
As a voluntary Figure Skating Coach, I facilitated improvement in skaters' techniques, leading to better performance levels ensuring this was in a safe and healthy environment. I helped the coaches plan and deliver the skating sessions, provided encouragement and structured feedback, and supported skaters of all ages and levels in achieving their goals. Through this role, I developed strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and organisational skills while demonstrating patience, responsibility, and a commitment to helping others when needed.
