  • My main priority as an Estimator at Marlowe is to provide service and minor works quotations from engineer dockets and send them out to the customer. I have to liaise with outsourcing and specialist third party service providers where bought in service work action was required. I would also have to engage with customers directly via phone and email to secure more orders, confirm client's happiness and reduce the company's attrition.
  • This role has enhanced my Microsoft office skills through daily use of Microsoft Teams, Word, Access, Outlook, and Excel. I have now developed a greater attention to detail that allows me to still complete a high volume of work without compromise. As this was a hybrid role, it helped me to build strong self-discipline to remain productive and connected without direct supervision.
