Responsible for fitting all pneumatic components such as airbags, brakes, modulator, pull valve and raise/lower to a high standard and also piping all the components up so that all of the pneumatic systems work as intended. I quality check my own work by testing all the systems and doing a PDI of my own work. I also have experience in other aspects of trailers such as working on the box vans for about 6 months, and also some wiring and hydraulics of agricultural trailers.

Followed the provided SOP to complete the crushers to the highest quality. During this role I got quite comfortable using Overhead Gantry cranes to assemble the machine in a safe manner. Responsible for fitting hydraulic rams and hoses while working in a team of 8 to meet the deadlines of complete machines. Performed routine equipment checks for smooth operation of machinery. Ensured safety protocols followed at all times, reducing workplace accidents.

Learned how to use various hand tools and power tools. Showed punctuality and reliability, never missed a day of work. Assisted with heavy lifting to ensure safe and efficient operations on site. Worked in a small team of 3, being happy and eager to help where ever possible to finish the clients bathroom as quickly and to as high a standard as possible.
