- Lesson planning, classroom, and behaviour management to ensure all students are developing
- Creating innovative and engaging lesson plans
- Ability to impart knowledge in a fun and memorable way
- Adapt the lessons to respond to the strengths and needs of all students
- Make the most of TEL tools to ensure dynamic and more attractive lessons
- Marking, reports, and assessments
- Monitoring student's progression term-by-term
