I was mentored and supported by an esteemed PR Director because I impressed him throughout an application process.

· Learnt about Audience Profiling as a means of marketing to the customers of clients or readers of media companies.

· Practiced the different writing styles required on each social media app.

• I worked in hospitality, retail and logistics
• I worked in places such as the Wembley Stadium and Kia Oval

• I waitressed for VIP clientele bat the West Ham and Arsenal stadiums
• Worked with the logistics team at the Kia Oval to prep event spaces for matches and events such as conferences and weddings
• Required a strong work ethic, good timekeeping skills and a fine eye for detail

• A tuition centre that teaches Maths, English and Science and tutors children from ages 8 – 18

• I, successfully, broke down and orated the information so that the children understood

• Worked well in high-stress environments, such as football matches where customers can become rowdy and confrontational
• I am able to remain calm and poised and carry out my waitressing and retail duties effectively
• Worked in a team to service a specific area
• I could be waiting three tables at a time so I used speed and observation to attend to all the customers in a timely manner and fulfil any requests or extra orders they may have, such as dietary preferences or providing more drinks.

• My group and I assisted the PR company Liberty to brainstorm ways to help their clients achieve maximum media attention at the Mobile World Conference
• Researched about Liberty’s clients, such as products that were about to be launched and how they had previously advertised their products
• Explored the convention’s official website and the themes (e.g
• AI, the era of 5G etc.) they would be covering for the upcoming convention
• This helped structure the suggestions we would present to Liberty
• Delivered a PowerPoint presentation to a representative from Liberty
• Our client was delighted with the presentation and said we had surpassed his expectations
• He commentated on our group’s oral proficiency as well as the detail, aesthetic and comprehensiveness of our presentation
• Completed this project and its mandatory meetings alongside our studies
• Through well-structured scheduling and dedicating many hours to both commitments, I was able to achieve a good result in both the project and my studies.
