Owen Nicklin

During my university studies I began working with All Alliance LTD, a local crewing company based in the Birmingham area, where I developed a strong set of practical and transferable skills. I am a motivated, fast-learning worker now looking to transition from live event production into building surveying. Through my work as local crew, I’ve built strong teamwork abilities, learned to adapt quickly to different departments, and gained confidence working in fast-paced environments. I have experience problem-solving on site, following technical plans, and maintaining high standards of safety, organisation, and professionalism. I’m known for being reliable, punctual, and quick to pick up new skills while working with people of varying levels of experience. My studies at NTU provided me with a solid foundation and genuine interest in the surveying field, and I am now aiming to integrate this academic knowledge with the hands-on, adaptable skills I’ve developed through my practical work experience
