Pack and prepare orders for dispatch via Royal Mail, ensuring everything is ready for shipment. I also assess stickers, banners, books, leaflets, and other materials for defects, making sure they meet the required standards. Cross checking designs to match what they should be in Canva, helping to reducing mistakes.

Inspect customer orders to ensure that products are properly maintained and accurate. I assist with delivery trucks to ensure timely dispatches, and conducting thorough stock checks is an important part of this role. Additionally, I receive and follow pick sheets to gather merchandise for customer/business orders.

Carry out visual inspections of welds and bolts, ensuring that all items being inspected meet the set expectations and standards. If anything falls short, I ensure reworks are completed to meet the required standards. I have also created and implemented best practices to improve efficiency and reduce defects. Additionally, I inspect the quality of products, paying attention to functionality, appearance, and other specifications.

My main responsibilities include cash handling and ensuring the well-being and safety of all our customers. I focus on recognising potential problems before they arise and always having a solution in place. I also analyse data and profit and loss statements to help compose the store budget, while maintaining orderly and accurate accounting records by monitoring sales documentation.
