- Coordinating with external suppliers and the customer to ensure claims flow smoothly through all stages, including drying, accommodation, repairs, and arranging storage in most cases.
- Strict adherence to varying client processes and established regulatory processes at all times.
- Building relationships with Policyholders, their family members, and our suppliers from the beginning of claims to settlement.
