Support financial operations across multiple teams and service areas.

Lead on month-end and year-end processes, including forecasting and variance analysis.

Raise monthly/quarterly sales orders and monitor income cost centres..

Monitor and process the pre-payments schedule.

Invoicing, balance sheet reconciliation, month end and year end reconciliation.

Liaising with Staff at the hospital to ensure employees are hired within the allocated budget, rostering within budget, payroll transfers, imposing the right VAT on invoices.
