Role Purpose

To lead, manage, and develop all aspects of the club’s gymnastics programme, ensuring high-quality coaching, athlete development, staff performance, member satisfaction, and sustainable growth across all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategic Development

  • Manage the day-to-day gymnastics operations of the club.
  • Act as the lead professional and guiding force for all coaching activities.
  • Establish and promote the club’s purpose, core values, and long-term strategic goals.
  • Shape and communicate a clear mission that promotes fitness, competitive excellence, and a lifelong love of gymnastics.

Coaching Staff Management

  • Clearly communicate the club’s vision, goals, and expectations.
  • Encourage and gather feedback to assess and improve programme quality.

Events & Programmes

  • Plan, organise, and deliver club events and competitions.
  • Develop and oversee additional programmes such as camps, clinics, and workshops.

Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Develop partnerships with schools and other clubs.
  • Plan and deliver open days and promotional events to attract new members.

• Isabelle Priestley and Shannon Baker selected for England Squad 2023
• Isabelle Priestley, Team 6th position – Olympic Hopes, Czech Republic - November 2022
• One gymnast selection for Great Britain National Squad – 2024
• Two gymnasts selected for the England Squad and two reserves for the GB National Squad – 2025
• Represented England Team at the Leverkusen Cup with Shannon Baker, Team 5th – 2023
• Attended the Caledonia International with Isabelle Priestley March 2024 for England Squad selection. Team gold medal, all around Bronze medal and Gold on Vault.
