• Quickly proven myself to be an asset to the department, becoming a mentor for new recruits. The key to my success is adaptability and organisation, these attributes have been crucial in being able to react to the ever changing coronavirus legislation, guidance and policy updates.
• Investigate Home Office applications ensuring all aspects of information security and GDPR are adhered.

Projects;

• Develop the Mobile App; working with our developers to improve our customers journey via the mobile app.
• Improving our internal website, including re-designing of layout and technical referral process.

During my time at account technologies I have vastly improved my IT skills producing pivot tables to present the findings of a third party repayment system project in order to increase the company’s revenue from our collections methods. Further to developing my Microsoft programme skills I have also been introduced to coding (SQL & Python); where I used these new skills to refine a population of our customers to receive our mobile app promotional communications. The parameters used included their recent activity, whether they were ‘good’ customers and what remote device they used so that personalised campaigns could be sent. Further to promoting our new mobile app I have also been part of the team developing the mobile app further, working closely with our developers to ensure the customer journey is as frictionless as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Throughout my time at GES Water I have proven myself to be a key member of the team and have quickly progressed from a field based Risk Assessor, travelling the length and breadth of the country to a successful member of the sales team. Here I have acquired new skills as well as developed those I had previously. These new sales skills include, different aspects of communication and presentation skills such as building a rapport with clients, be this over the telephone or in person during face to face meetings. Networking, negotiation and dealing with objections are some of the new skills which I have developed in my time at the company.

I successfully renewed our contract with a policing constabulary with multiple sites, I negotiated remedial works on sites which were undergoing planned decommission, I also sold remote remote monitoring systems to those sites which would remain operational. This resulted in continued work and another customer to which the company could use as a case study for their newly developed remote monitoring technology.
