My degree has equipped me with key competencies in organisation, time-management, verbal and written communication, high levels of professionalism, technological competence, and teamwork. I have further developed my communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills within my role in retail. Working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented setting has further strengthened my work ethic, empathy, and understanding of how to create positive customer experiences, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service.
